Policies and Disclaimers
Please read our policies and disclaimers, applicable to all events at La Centralita Culinary Studio. By booking an event, you agree to all policies and disclaimers.
Dietary restrictions, Health and Safety Protocols
It is responsability of every guest to communicate to La Centralita via email (hola@lacentralita.us) if they have any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 1 week before an event. Due to the nature of the cuisines of Spain, we cannot accommodate vegans.
For cooking classes, we ask all our guests to wash their hands when they arrive, and use gloves that will be provided when necessary. To protect your clothes during your time at our culinary studio, aprons will be supplied for cooking classes.
For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside or by the outside entrance of La Centralita.
General Protocols
The objects in our exhibit are original, imported, and delicate, our guests may admire and photograph them, but not touch them.
We ask that our guests silence their telephones to be fully immersed and present. If they need to answer a call, we ask that they step outside, so the event can proceed for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
An event may be cancelled by La Centralita if there are not at least four (4) attendees. In case of cancellation, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued.
It is very rare for us to cancel events due to weather, but we will email you if that should happen.
Ticketing Policy
Due to the small-scale nature of our events and the freshness of the ingredients involved, we are not able to offer refunds for guest cancellations. We operate like other cultural venues in that once the tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable.
However, tickets may be transferred to other individuals to attend the scheduled event, and this must me communicated to La Centralita at least 24 hours prior to the event by emailing hola@lacentralita.us
